2019 ministry team for the FCA Family Camp

  • Main Speaker: Bryan Swash

    Bryan was raised in an Open Brethren church and came to Christ through the living faith of his parents. He completed a B.A. in History at a TWU affiliate school and his M.R.E. at a Baptist seminary. While studying , Bryan began ministry and pastored a Baptist church for 15 years. He then moved to his second pastorate where he has served for the last 28 years. Bryan and his wife , Liz, have 2 married daughters and 8 grandchildren. In 2008, Bryan was invited into a journey with Heart of a Leader, which set him on a path toward inner healing and a deeper work of God's grace and Spirit. Now as a mentor to pastors and an instructor, his joy is to accompany others on their journey toward inner healing and spiritual formation.

  • Worship Leader:  Kevin Gerlywich and Team

    Kevin Gerlywich was born and raised in a Christian home on a farm in Grassland, Alberta. He and his wife, Debbie, have resided in Red Deer, AB for the past sixteen years, and they have four children. Gifted as a musician and sensitive to the Holy Spirit, Kevin and his team skillfully lead worshipers into a rich experience of God’s presence.

  • Youth Ministry: Cole Pearse

    Recently graduating with his BTh from Clearwater College, Cole Pearse has a call to pastoral ministry. He is currently doing his intenrship at the Caroline Nazarene Church and at Clearwater College. He has a passion for youth and blends a variety of fun activities with solid Bible teaching. He is a capable communicator and can brings the Scriptures alive with down-to-earth applications to every day life. 

  • Children's Ministry: Ariana Papineau and Team

    Working alongside her Mom, Ariana has been extensively involved in children's ministry for the past seven years. In 2017, she was a national finalist for Miss Canada Petite and was selected to serve in the role of Canadian Scholarship Ambassador, for which she makes numerous public appearances as a spokesperson for education. Creative in drama and teaching, Ariana will be leading a team of other young adults to work with the youth at this year's camp


Registration:  $50/individual or $90/family

Registration costs are kept low to make the weekend more available to all families. It actually costs $25 per child per day and $35 per adult per day to run the camp, not including speakers' honorariums. To cover all camp costs, offerings will be received at each service. Give as you are able and as the Lord leads.

First Meal: July 31 at 5:30pm (Check-in begins 3:00pm)

Last Meal: August 3 at 12:00pm
