Paul Fraser
Paul is currently serving as the National Church Multiplication Coordinator for the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. He has been married for 29 years to his high school sweetheart Corrie, has 4 adult children and has been in full-time ministry for 25 years. Reaching people far from God, church multiplication and the next generation are his ministry passions. Paul believes the best days are still ahead for advancing God’s Kingdom in Canada and we all have a part to play.
OUR MISSION
What would it look like if you were face to face with God? If you were to encounter God in that way, would you stay the same? What would change? These are some of the questions we ask every time we begin planning a Clearwater Encounter event.
Our aim is to give young people the opportunity to experience God in a real way, to present the Gospel of Christ, and to extend the Kingdom of God through the equipping of young believers for ministry through the power of the Holy Spirit.
General Information
Each Clearwater Encounter is a weekend filled with fun activities, meaningful worship, and inspiring messages. Ice breakers, creative games, and comfortable lounge areas provide opportunities for youth to let their hair down, enjoy new experiences, and make friends.
*NOTE* We will not be providing WIFI access during our retreats. In the event of an emergency, youth and youth leaders will be provided access to a telephone.

Due to the number of people who come to Clearwater Youth Encounter, the rooms that you will be staying in may be rather crowded. Please keep this in mind while packing. Thank you.
